Worksheets before every session to sharpen your thinking and maximise the impact of our time together.

Check-ins between sessions — practical guidance, honest feedback, and the accountability to keep you moving forward.

3 months of email support after the programme ends — so the momentum you've built doesn't stop when the sessions do.
